Your foundation in the AUDD Mint ecosystem - where everything comes together.
Before you begin using the AUDD Mint, our team will create your Company environment. This environment acts as your dedicated container within the platform, ensuring all actions and data - from account creation to minting and burning - are securely and uniquely tied to your entity.
🧩 What Is a Company Environment?
Your Company represents your organisation within the AUDD Mint ecosystem. It’s the anchor for your operational and financial activity across both the portal and API.
When your environment is set up, you’ll be assigned a unique companyID. This identifier ensures that any programmatic actions (for example, creating Virtual Accounts or executing mint and burn operations) are properly linked to your company.
Your company profile also contains key business information from your onboarding process and the commercial terms of your agreement - including your Base Rate for fees.
👤 User Access and Permissions
Each company must have at least one authorised user to operate within its environment. The first user registered will become the admin user, with full permissions to manage other Company users, view balances, and initiate actions within the portal and API.
To create your admin user, please provide our support team with:
- Full name (first and last)
- Email address
- Mobile number
Once your admin user is registered, they will receive activation details via email with instructions to access the portal and set their password.
