💸 Withdrawing AUD

When you burn AUDD, the equivalent amount of Australian dollars (AUD) is credited to your Virtual Account (VA) balance. To complete the process, you’ll need to specify the external bank account where those funds should be withdrawn.

Bank Account Required:

Before you can initiate a withdrawal, the destination bank account must be added and approved in Mint. For setup instructions, see the Creating External Bank Accounts guide.

💲 Withdrawing AUD

To initiate your withdrawal, you'll first need to select the VA you want to withdraw from. To do this, navigate to the Bank screen using the left-hand menu. Here, you will find a list of all the available bank accounts linked to your Company.

Using the Subtype filter in the top right of the list, select DEPOSIT to view all VAs you have created. Find the VA you wish to withdraw from, and click on the menu button (denoted by the three dots) in the Action Column. Select Withdraw from the list to activate the withdrawal modal.

Fill in the withdrawal modal fields based on the requirements below:

Got Enough?

The withdrawal amount cannot exceed the amount available in the VA balance; Your withdrawal may fail if you don't factor in any withdrawal fees applicable.

Double check your entered information, then click OK. Your withdrawal will be processed.
